Our Standard Rosette Lei comes in six tiers of centerpiece complexity: Plain, Regular, Premium, Deluxe, Platinum, and Giant. Higher tiers have more elaborate centerpiece designs with additional layers, mixed materials, and embellishments. We also offer specialty variants: Full Satin, Full Jacquard, Full Burlap, Full Igorot, and Full Yakan.

Yes! We have ready-made designs available in our online shop at rosetteleis.com/shop. These are pre-designed pieces in popular color combinations that can be shipped sooner than custom orders. You can also customize any ready-made design with your own button pin.

Yes! Just send us your logo or artwork file and we’ll print it for free. We accept most image formats — just make sure the image is clear and high-resolution. The center insert type varies by tier (photo paper or button pin). See each product page for details.

We’ll discuss your design preferences before production and share reference images from our catalog. During production, you’ll receive progress photos so you can see your pieces taking shape before delivery.

Our Full Satin Rosette Lei starts at ₱59, and Standard Rosette Leis start at ₱159 (Plain tier). Higher tiers range from ₱250 (Regular) up to ₱750 (Giant). Rosette Sashes start at ₱230 (Small). All prices are starting prices; actual price depends on customization and quantity. Wholesale pricing is available. Contact us for a free quotation.

We accept Cash, GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer (BPI), and Check — all with no additional fees. We also accept online payments via Xendit (e-wallets, credit/debit cards, BillEase installments, QR, over-the-counter, and more) with a 5% processing surcharge. To avoid the surcharge, pay us directly via GCash, Maya, or bank transfer. Government and institutional clients can use Purchase Order (PO) billing.

For orders under ₱5,000: full payment is required before production starts. For orders ₱5,000 and above: a minimum 50% downpayment is required, with the balance due before product release.

Yes. We are DTI and BIR-registered and provide formal quotations, confirmation documents, and official receipts for all transactions.

Standard lead time is 5–7 business days from order confirmation (when payment is received). This may vary depending on order volume and complexity. Lead time does NOT start from the date of inquiry — it starts from the date payment is confirmed.

Yes, on a case-by-case basis depending on our current production capacity. Rush orders have an additional fee of ₱20–50 per item.

We offer several delivery options: personal pickup at our Pasig production area, client-booked pickup courier (Grab, Lalamove) for Metro Manila, domestic courier (LBC, J&T) for nationwide delivery, and international shipping (case-by-case). Delivery fees are shouldered by the client.

Yes! We ship nationwide via domestic couriers like LBC and J&T. International shipping is also available on a case-by-case basis.

If there’s an error on our part (wrong colors, wrong design, printing issues), we’ll replace the affected items at no cost to you. Please report any issues within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos.

If production hasn’t started yet, you can cancel for a full refund. If production has already begun, a partial refund will be issued (material costs are deducted). See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

Store your Rosette Lei in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the ribbon colors. Avoid getting it wet. If it gets dusty, gently brush with a soft, dry cloth. Kept properly, your Rosette Lei can last for years as a keepsake.

Yes! We keep records of your previous orders, so you can easily reorder the same design or make modifications for a new event.
