Embedded Content
Our site may contain embedded content from third-party services such as YouTube. When you view a page with embedded content, the third-party provider may collect information about you as if you visited their site directly. This is governed by the respective provider’s privacy policy, not ours.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Communicate with you — responding to inquiries, providing quotations, sending order updates and progress photos, coordinating delivery
- Provide customized products — using your provided logos, artwork, and design preferences to create your order

- Marketing purposes — with your consent, we may feature photos of completed orders on our social media and website portfolio
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties — ever. We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:
Payment Processors
When you make a payment through our website, your payment is processed by Xendit, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor. We share your order total and basic order details with Xendit to process your payment. For credit card and other sensitive payment methods, Xendit handles all payment credentials directly — we never see or store your full credit card, debit card, or bank account details.
Shipping & Courier Services
When we arrange delivery of your order, we share your name, contact number, and delivery address with the courier service (e.g., LBC, J&T) as necessary to complete the delivery.
We use Google for WooCommerce to sync product listings to Google Merchant Center and to measure ad performance through conversion tracking. Product data (titles, prices, images, availability) is shared with Google.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
We use Meta for WooCommerce, which includes the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. The Pixel tracks on-site actions (page views, product views, add-to-cart, purchases) and sends this data to Meta for ad targeting and conversion measurement. The Conversions API may also send hashed customer information server-side to Meta to improve ad attribution.
Contact Form
Our Contact Us page uses a form powered by Fluent Forms. When you submit the form, your information (name, email, phone number, inquiry details, and message) is stored securely on our own server — it is not sent to any third-party service. We use your submission solely to respond to your inquiry and coordinate your order if applicable. Form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to complete your request and maintain communication records.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

- Fulfill the purposes for which it was collected (e.g., completing your order)
- Maintain records for accounting and tax compliance (as required by BIR regulations)
- Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
- Comply with legal obligations

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
