Introduction

Welcome to rosetteleis.com, the official website of Letrato Rosette-Lei Arts and Crafts (“Letrato,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Letrato Rosette-Lei Arts and Crafts is a DTI and BIR-registered sole proprietorship based in the Philippines, specializing in handcrafted celebration accessories.

Orders & Pricing

Quotations

All product pricing is provided through formal quotations. Prices depend on product type, tier/complexity, quantity, and level of customization. Quotations are valid for 5–7 days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to change after the quotation validity period.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only when the client has approved the quotation and order details (design, quantity, specifications) and the required payment has been received and verified. Production does not begin until both conditions are met.

Minimum Order

There is no minimum order requirement. We accept orders from 1 piece to 500+ pieces.

Payment Terms

Payment Requirements

Orders under ₱5,000 (subtotal): Full payment is required before production begins.

Orders ₱5,000 and above (subtotal): A minimum 50% downpayment is required before production begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the product is released for delivery or pickup.

Accepted Payment Methods

Direct payment (no surcharge):

• GCash (direct transfer)
• Maya (direct transfer)
• Bank Transfer / BPI (direct deposit — please message us after sending for verification)
• Check

Online payment via Xendit (5% surcharge on product subtotal):

• Payments made through our online shop at rosetteleis.com/shop are processed by Xendit. For direct orders, we can also generate a Xendit payment link for you.
• Xendit accepts: e-wallets (GCash, Maya), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB), BillEase (buy-now-pay-later installments), QR payments, over-the-counter (7-Eleven, Cebuana, LBC, SM, etc.), and more
• A 5% surcharge on the product subtotal applies to all Xendit-processed payments to cover processing fees
• To avoid the surcharge, you can pay us directly via GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or check — just message us to arrange

Government & Institutional Clients

Government agencies and qualified institutional clients may use Purchase Order (PO) billing. Under this arrangement, Letrato delivers the products first and submits a billing statement for payment processing per the client’s procurement procedures. Formal quotations, confirmation documents, and official receipts are provided.

Payment Verification

For bank transfers and other manual payment methods, please send us proof of payment (screenshot or reference number) via Viber, email, or social media DM so we can verify and confirm your order promptly.

Lead Time & Production

Lead Time

Standard lead time is 5–7 business days from the confirmation date. Lead time may vary depending on order volume, product complexity, and current production queue.

Important: Lead time starts from the date payment is received and the order is confirmed — not from the date of the initial inquiry or quotation.

Rush Orders

Rush orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis, subject to current production capacity. A rush fee of ₱20–50 per item applies, depending on product type and complexity.

Production Updates

Clients will receive progress photos during production. If any issues arise (e.g., material availability, design adjustments), we will communicate promptly and discuss alternatives.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery Options

All orders are prepared and shipped from our production area in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

• Personal pickup — Schedule a pickup at our Pasig production area
• Pickup courier (Grab, Lalamove, etc.) — Client books their own courier; Letrato hands off at Pasig
• Domestic courier (LBC, J&T, etc.) — Letrato arranges shipment for nationwide delivery
• International shipping — Accepted on a case-by-case basis; quoted separately

Delivery Fees

Delivery and shipping fees are shouldered by the client unless Letrato explicitly states that delivery is included (e.g., promotional offers or special arrangements).

Product Release

Products are released for delivery or pickup only after full payment has been received. For orders with a 50% downpayment, the remaining balance must be settled before release.

Cancellation & Modifications

Order Cancellation

Before production starts: The order may be cancelled and a full refund of any payment made will be issued.

After production has started: Cancellation is accepted, but the refund will not be full. Materials that have already been cut, printed, or used cannot be reused, so material costs will be deducted from the refund.

Order Modifications

Before production starts: Modifications to design, quantity, or specifications are accepted at no additional charge (subject to re-quotation if the changes affect pricing).

After production has started: Modifications may not be possible depending on the stage of production. Additional charges may apply if changes require new materials or rework.

Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

All Letrato products are handcrafted — hand-cut, hand-pleated, and hand-assembled by our artisans. Because of this process, there may be very slight variations between individual pieces, including minor differences in fold angles, petal positioning, or measurements.

These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted work, not a defect. Each piece is unique because it is made by hand, not produced by a machine. We always aim for the highest level of consistency and quality in every batch.

Color Disclaimer

Product colors may appear slightly different on screen compared to the actual product due to variations in screen settings, brightness, and color calibration across different devices. We use the same premium materials shown in our catalog and product photos.

For orders where exact color matching is critical, please request a swatch photo taken in natural light so you can verify colors before confirming your order.

Intellectual Property

Client-Provided Artwork

When clients provide logos, images, or artwork for custom button pins or other personalized elements, the client represents that they have the right to use such materials. Letrato is not responsible for any intellectual property disputes arising from client-provided artwork.

Letrato Content

All product designs, photos, written content, and branding materials on rosetteleis.com are the property of Letrato Rosette-Lei Arts and Crafts. Reproduction, distribution, or use of our content without written permission is prohibited.

Product Photography

Letrato may photograph completed orders for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes. If you prefer that your order not be featured, please let us know before or at the time of ordering.

Limitation of Liability

Letrato Rosette-Lei Arts and Crafts shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, courier service disruptions, pandemic-related restrictions, or other force majeure events.

In the event of such delays, we will communicate promptly and work with the client to find the best possible resolution.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
