From first message to final delivery — here’s how we bring your vision to life.

Your Order, Step by Step

Browse & Inquire

Browse our product catalog or ready-made designs for inspiration. Then reach out to us via Viber, email, or social media with details about your occasion — what’s the event, how many pieces, when is it, and any specific colors or themes.

Design Discussion

We’ll help you choose or customize your design. Pick from our reference catalog or describe what you envision — we’ll guide you through centerpiece designs, ribbon colors, necklace styles, button pin artwork, and tier options.

Quotation

We’ll send you a formal PDF quote with all the details: unit price, quantity, specifications, total amount, lead time, and payment terms. Quotes are valid for 5–7 days.

Confirm & Pay

Confirm your order and submit payment. Orders under ₱5,000 require full payment. Orders ₱5,000 and above require a minimum 50% downpayment. Government clients can use Purchase Order (PO) billing. Production starts once payment is received.

Production

We handcraft your order with the same care we put into every piece. You’ll receive progress photos during production so you can see your pieces taking shape.

Quality Check

Every piece goes through a detailed quality check before packing — checking centerpiece symmetry, ribbon alignment, button pin print quality, and overall finish.

Delivery

Once your order passes quality check, we’ll coordinate delivery or pickup. For orders with a 50% downpayment, the remaining balance is due before release.

Cash

For personal pickup orders. No surcharge.

E-Wallets

GCash & Maya. Direct transfer. No surcharge.

Bank Transfer (BPI)

Direct deposit. Message us after sending. No surcharge.

Check

For applicable transactions. No surcharge.

Online Payment (Xendit)

Cards, e-wallets, BillEase, QR, over-the-counter. 5% surcharge applies.

Purchase Order

For government and institutional clients. Deliver first, bill later.

Delivery & Pickup

All orders are prepared and shipped from our Pasig City, Metro Manila production area.

Personal Pickup

Schedule a pickup at our Pasig production area.

Pickup Courier

Book your own Grab or Lalamove. Metro Manila.

Domestic Shipping

Nationwide via LBC, J&T, and other couriers.

International Shipping

Case-by-case basis. Contact us for options.

Delivery fees are shouldered by the client unless otherwise stated.

Lead Times

Standard production takes 5–7 business days from confirmation (when payment is received). Lead time depends on order volume, product complexity, and current production queue.

Important: Lead time starts from the confirmation date — not from the date of initial inquiry or quotation.

Rush Orders

Need it sooner? Rush orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis. A rush fee of ₱20–50 per item applies depending on product type and complexity.

We accept orders from 1 piece to 500+ — no minimum required. Whether you’re ordering a single Rosette Lei for a personal celebration or hundreds for a school graduation, we’re happy to help.
